Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify current business opportunities in the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in B2B sales/lead generation, and the ability to engage with international prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads from the US market.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
- Research US-based companies and identify key decision-makers.
- Understand prospect requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication.
- Work closely with the Sales/Business Development team to achieve targets.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and meeting targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2 4 years of experience in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, International Sales, or B2B Lead Generation.




- Prior experience working with US-based clients/prospects preferred.
- Experience in SaaS, Software, IT Services, or Technology Sales will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a US shift to cater to the US market.
- Confident in communicating with international clients and senior decision-makers.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
