About the Role:

We are looking for an Operations Analytics Specialist to leverage data, analytics and advanced technology to improve operational efficiency, productivity and decision-making across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse large and complex operational datasets to identify trends, gaps, opportunities and root causes.
- Convert data into actionable insights and recommendations for business and operational decisions.
- Develop business models, analytical models and scalable data solutions.
- Build analytics solutions using Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark and Azure Databricks.
- Develop dashboards, analytical reports, performance views and decision-support tools.
- Establish and monitor key operational KPIs and identify performance gaps.
- Develop predictive and advanced analytics use cases for logistics and operations.
- Apply statistical modelling and machine learning techniques to improve decision-making.




- Partner with regional and Head Office teams to understand operational challenges and develop analytics-based solutions.
- Drive process improvement, digitization and automation initiatives.
- Explore recent-age analytics and machine learning applications to enhance logistics operations.

What Were Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation or Operations.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark and Azure Databricks.
- Experience with large datasets, exploratory/diagnostic analysis and analytical modelling.
- Exposure to predictive analytics, statistical modelling, supply chain optimization or advanced analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration, execution and innovation mindset.
