Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, queries, and follow-ups.
- Explain company products/services and generate sales.
- Achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Assist with finance, taxation, GST, and compliance processes.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with internal teams.
- Complete assigned tasks within timelines and quality standards.
