Key Responsibilities
- Team & Venue Management
- Manage a set of venues within the assigned geography through a team of Venue Managers.
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 6-7 Venue Managers.
- Drive team productivity, performance and achievement of sales targets. Sales & Revenue
- Own the overall sales performance of the assigned venues.
- Drive bookings, revenue and collections through the Venue Manager team.
- Monitor sales funnel, conversions and business performance and take corrective actions wherever required. Team Development
- Conduct regular training, coaching and performance reviews for Venue Managers.
- Set transparent targets and ensure consistent performance against KPIs.
