We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - MEP to join our team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing MEP projects and should have 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the execution of MEP projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results while maintaining quality standards.

Job Requirements




- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects is an added advantage.
