Job Summary

As a Telecom Tower Detailer, you will be responsible for modeling and detailing steel structures, telecom towers, monopoles, and other telecom-related structures using Tekla and AutoCAD software. You will collaborate closely with design teams and clients to ensure all deliverables meet technical and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop complete 3D structural models and detailed drawings as per client specifications and design standards.
- Create GA drawings, BoMs, and shop drawings in compliance with design and project requirements.
- Apply Indian and international steel detailing standards such as IS 800, IS 802, and American codes.
- Review and check drawings, coordinate production deliverables, and ensure quality compliance.
- Work collaboratively with project engineers and the Project In-Charge or Team Leader to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
- Support in the automation of detailing processes using programs, Lisp routines, or macros (preferred).
- Take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Contribute as a team player,



maintaining solid coordination and communication across disciplines.

Qualifications
- B.Tech or B.E in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
- 1 - 5years of experience in Tekla modeling and detailing of steel structures and telecom towers.
- Sound understanding of Indian (IS 800, IS 802) and American detailing standards.
- Strong analytical and engineering skills with a structured, result-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
- Proficient in English (oral and written) communication.
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
