About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager Workforce Strategy & Deployment to drive manpower deployment across first-mile, middle-mile and last-mile operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead manpower planning and deployment based on volume trends and forecasts.
- Monitor staffing sufficiency, productivity and absenteeism across the network.
- Manage manpower vendors and track supply, SLA adherence and performance.
- Drive implementation of rate cards, incentive programs and productivity initiatives.
- Analyse manpower costs, billing and vendor performance.
- Develop and manage dashboards for staffing, productivity, cost and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance, governance and standardisation of workforce deployment.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, HR,



Legal and Safety teams for effective workforce management.

What Were Looking For:
- 10 to 14 years of experience in manpower deployment, workforce planning, operations planning, vendor management or contract staffing.
- Experience in logistics, express, e-commerce, distribution or other labour-intensive industries.
- Solid knowledge of outsourced staffing models, including fixed, per-piece and gig workforce.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/BI tools and operational dashboards.
- Exposure to rate cards, cost modelling, vendor billing and productivity measurement.
- Strong stakeholder management and execution skills.
