In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing large-scale advertising budgets with a focus on performance, profitability, and sustainable scaling.
- Optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple GEOs, adjusting strategies based on market specifics.
- Developing and testing non-standard approaches to generate high-quality traffic.
- Collaborating closely with the team, contributing to knowledge sharing, and supporting team growth and development.
- What we?re looking for:
- 1+ years of experience as a Media Buyer in the iGaming industry.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads (Meta).




- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $60,000+.
- Solid understanding of key performance marketing metrics.
- Results-oriented mindset with ownership of performance outcomes.
- Willingness to test new angles, creatives, and scaling strategies.
- Experience managing a team of Media Buyers or an established media buying team.
- Experience working across multiple GEOs with the ability to adapt strategies to different market specifics.
- Strong optimization and campaign scaling skills with a proven track record of delivering profitable results.
