The Role

This is a full-cycle sales role. You will own everything from finding the right prospect to handing over a signed client - there is no SDR passing you leads, no pre-sales team doing the first call, and no account manager taking over after closure. You do it all, with demo support available when you need it.

You will be selling across three distinct product lines to three different buyer personas - HR leaders, finance and audit heads, and operations or project managers. The ability to switch context, speak the language of different decision-makers, and manage multiple pipelines simultaneously is central to this role.

What You Will Do

1. Database Generation & Prospecting
- Build and maintain a structured prospect database across all three product lines and their respective buyer personas
- Source contacts using LinkedIn, industry directories, CODISSIA / Chamber of Commerce member lists, trade publications, and local business networks
- Segment database by product fit, company size, industry, and geography (CBE, Tirupur, Erode, and pan-Tamil Nadu as the business grows)




- Maintain clean, updated records in CRM - every contact, every interaction, every follow-up logged

2. Cold Outreach & Lead Generation
- Execute outbound outreach via phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email - targeting the right person with the right product message
- Craft personalised outreach for each product and each buyer persona - the pitch to an HR Manager is fundamentally different from the pitch to a CFO
- Handle gatekeepers, navigate to decision-makers, and earn the right to a conversation without being pushy
- Consistently generate 40-60 qualified conversations per month across all product lines

3. Demo Scheduling & Coordination
- Qualify prospects thoroughly before scheduling a demo - understand their pain, confirm decision-making authority, and set expectations
- Coordinate with the internal demo support team to schedule and prepare tailored product demonstrations
