Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern — Job Description

About the Role
The Hustler Brands is a student-focused career development company running paid workshops, internship programs, and a Campus Ambassador network across India. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern to help us source, screen, and onboard the next batch of interns and Campus Ambassadors as we scale.

What You'll Do
- Source candidates for open internship roles (Data Analyst & Promoter, Campus Ambassador, and other verticals) via LinkedIn, college groups, and referral networks
- Screen applications and resumes against role requirements
- Coordinate and conduct initial screening calls/interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Draft and send offer letters, JD documents, and onboarding communication
- Maintain a candidate tracker — pipeline stage, interview notes, decision status
- Support onboarding of selected interns (WhatsApp group setup, checklist follow-through, first-week check-ins)




- Assist in improving hiring templates, JDs, and screening questions based on what's working

Who We're Looking For
- Strong written communication — you'll be drafting messages and documents candidates see first
- Comfortable reaching out to strangers and running structured conversations
- Organized — comfortable maintaining a clean, up-to-date tracker with no dropped candidates
- Interested in HR, people ops, or recruitment as a career direction
- No prior HR experience required — this is a learning role

Working Hours
Adaptable, remote — expect roughly 1-2 hours/day, plus a weekly check-in call. Works around your college schedule.
