Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable Azure-based infrastructure.
- Drive reliability engineering practices to improve system stability, uptime, and performance.
- Build and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Implement automation for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployments, and operational tasks.
- Manage incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident reviews.
- Define and monitor Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Improve platform resilience through proactive capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance application reliability and deployment processes.
- Develop and maintain runbooks, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
- Implement security best practices and operational governance controls.
- Support production releases and troubleshoot critical application and infrastructure issues.




- Participate in on-call support rotations and major incident management activities.
- Promote a culture of automation, reliability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Operations.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Solid understanding of SRE principles, reliability engineering, and operational excellence.
- Experience with Azure services including:
- Azure Virtual Machines
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Azure App Services
- Azure Storage Accounts
- Azure Load Balancer
- Azure Application Gateway
- Azure Monitor
- Log Analytics
- Azure Key Vault
- Azure Networking Services
- Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastr
