Role Overview

This is a hands-on execution role within the CRM and Customer Experience team. You will handle day-to-day customer communication, CRM campaign execution, WhatsApp campaigns and flows, ticket resolution and customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support & Communication:
Handle queries across WhatsApp, chat, email and calls. Resolve issues within SLAs
- CRM & WhatsApp Campaign Execution:
Execute campaigns, set up WhatsApp broadcasts, automated flows and customer journeys
- Retention & Outbound Sales:
Support outbound campaigns for repeat purchase and reactivation
- CRM Operations & Reporting:
Track ticket volumes, response times, prepare daily/weekly reports

Ideal Candidate
- 1–2 years in CRM, customer support, e-commerce or telesales
- Positive written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business and CRM tools
- Organised, detail-oriented, customer-first mindset
