- Advanced Sterilization Protocols

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Assistance

* Assist the dentist during routine and advanced dental procedures.

* Prepare the operatory before every procedure.

* Maintain proper chairside assistance and instrument transfer.

* Prepare materials and instruments according to the procedure.

* Assist during implant surgeries,



RCTs, crowns, restorations, surgical procedures and other treatments.

* Maintain accurate clinical records.

Patient Care

* Welcome and reassure patients.

* Prepare patients for treatment.

* Explain basic pre- and post-treatment instructions as directed by the doctor.

* Maintain a calm and comfortable clinical setting.

* Assist with patient photographs and documentation.

Sterilization & Infection Control

* Follow the clinic’s sterilization and infection-control protocols.

* Ensure instruments are properly cleaned, packed, sterilized and stored.

* Maintain sterilization records.

* Keep the operatory clean and treatment-ready.

Clinic Support

* Maintain clinical inventory at the chairside level.

* Check materials before procedures.

* Keep dental equipment and work areas organized.

* Report shortages or equipment issues promptly.

* Follow clinic SOPs and daily checklists.
