Job Description – Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Generation & Outreach Executive to support our business development initiatives by identifying prospective clients, researching decision-makers, and executing structured outbound outreach through email and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate will possess solid research capabilities, excellent written communication skills, and a disciplined approach to data management. This role offers exposure to international B2C sales processes and provides a clear growth path within sales and account management functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth online research to identify potential business prospects using:
- LinkedIn and professional networking platforms
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate contact information such as email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Maintain and update lead data in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM systems with high accuracy.
- LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messaging
- Track outreach activity, responses, and lead status on a daily basis.




- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales or leadership team.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly performance and activity reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong online research and data analysis skills.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of B2B lead generation and outbound outreach methodologies.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- High level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability and willingness to work in US or international time zones.
