We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a high-speed beverage plant. The role will be responsible for driving production, OEE, quality, cost, delivery and people performance across multiple automated production lines while building a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

1. Lead daily production planning, execution and operations across six beverage manufacturing lines.
2. Deliver targets for production, OEE, line efficiency, yield and schedule adherence.
3. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 and other quality and food-safety standards.
4. Drive waste reduction, productivity improvement and conversion-cost optimization.
5. Partner with Engineering and Maintenance teams to maximize equipment reliability and plant uptime.
6. Lead new product launches,



line commissioning and production stabilization.
7. Drive Lean, TPM, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

1. B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering or a related discipline.
2. 6+ years of experience in Beverage/FMCG manufacturing.
3. Experience managing automated, high-speed beverage production lines.
4. Strong understanding of OEE, production efficiency, yield, waste and cost optimization.
5. Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP and FSSC 22000.
6. Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S and Kaizen.
