Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of projects for enlytical.ai, our AI-powered analytics and automation platform. The role will own project planning, execution, governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and timely delivery across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

The Project

Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, with high quality, and measurable business impact. This JD is based on the structure of the Product Manager JD while shifting ownership from product strategy to project execution and incorporating enterprise project governance practices.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, sprint plans, and release schedules.
- Manage end-to-end project execution from requirement sign-off to production release.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Cross-functional Coordination

- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design, QA, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Documentation teams.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, resolve dependencies, and ensure clear ownership across teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, sprint ceremonies, and executive reviews.

Project Governance & Risk Management

- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, change requests, and governance documentation.
- Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, and project dependencies early and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage scope changes through structured change control.

Resource & Execution Management

- Plan resource allocation and monitor team capacity across multiple projects.
- Track sprint progress, project health, delivery metrics, and release readiness.
- Remove execution blockers and drive timely decision-making.

Quality & Release Management

- Coordinate testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production releases.




- Ensure all deliverables meet business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct post-release reviews and monitor business impact.

Process Improvement & Reporting

- Standardize project management practices, templates, and governance.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of project processes.
- Prepare executive dashboards and status reports covering milestones, risks, timelines, and delivery performance.

Team Leadership

- Mentor project coordinators or assigned team members.
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on project management best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–6 years of Project Management experience in SaaS, AI, Analytics, or Technology products.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects from planning to release.
- Strong stakeholder, risk, dependency, and resource management skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent planning, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in AI, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or E-commerce platforms.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
- Experience with product releases and digital transformation projects.
