Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead to join the IRMA Engine Asia delivery program.

This is a hands-on delivery leadership role responsible for converting an ambitious 18-month AI and SaaS product roadmap into predictable, measurable and commercially aligned execution. You will work across product, engineering, AI/ML, data, QA, infrastructure, security and commercialization teams to drive the platform through foundation, alpha, Quantum Intelligence, beta and pilots, commercial launch, and scale/hardening phases.

The platform is being developed for deployment across SaaS, enterprise, agency, managed-services and partner ecosystems in the US and Asia-Pacific markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and maintain the integrated product and delivery roadmap, milestones, dependencies and accountable owners.
- Lead sprint planning, release management and milestone-gate governance.
- Translate strategic objectives into measurable deliverables, estimates, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
- Track budgets, capacity, utilization, delivery variance and forecasts.
- Maintain and actively manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and decisions (RAID).
- Coordinate delivery across product, software engineering, AI/ML, data, QA, DevOps/infrastructure, security and commercialization teams.
- Monitor deliverable acceptance and ensure appropriate documentation, testing and handover.
- Identify and escalate scope, resource, budget, security, quality and timeline conflicts before they impact critical milestones.
- Conduct retrospectives and implement continuous improvements across delivery processes.
- Drive release readiness and coordinate post-release reviews and analysis.
- Maintain project documentation and delivery evidence in company-designated systems.
- Prepare concise executive and board-level progress, risk, budget and forecast reporting.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders across different teams and time zones.

What We Are Looking For

Required Experience & Skills

- Demonstrated experience managing technical software/product delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, estimation and release management.




- Strong capability in dependency management across multiple technical workstreams.
- Experience managing project budgets, resource/capacity plans, forecasts and delivery variance.
- Ability to understand technical architecture and engineering discussions sufficiently to challenge plans, assumptions, estimates and dependencies constructively.
- Strong risk identification, escalation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, product teams, senior management and business stakeholders.
- Strong documentation, governance and stakeholder-management discipline.

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe or equivalent project/delivery management certification.
- Previous experience delivering AI/ML, Generative AI, SaaS, enterprise software or data-intensive products.
- Experience managing complex products involving multiple engineering and technology disciplines.
- Experience working with international stakeholders, US-based organizations or public-company environments.
- Experience taking technology products from development through beta, pilot, commercialization and scale.

- Produce clear status, risk, decision and handover information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Improve delivery processes and establish repeatable practices as the program scales.

AI-Assisted WorkingIRMA Engine Asia operates in an AI-intensive development environment. The Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead should be comfortable using AI-assisted productivity and project-management tools while maintaining appropriate controls.

CompensationSalary Range: ₹12 LPA – ₹22 LPA
