The Technical Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohpa. This role is responsible for coordinating software and digital product development projects, working closely with project managers, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure timelines, requirements, and deliverables are clearly defined and met. Daily tasks include tracking project progress, maintaining project documentation, organizing meetings, preparing status reports, and facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The coordinator helps identify risks and dependencies, supports resource planning, and ensures project workflows align with internal processes and client expectations. This position also contributes to continuous improvement of project coordination practices and tools.

Qualifications

- Project coordination and management skills, including task tracking, scheduling, and documentation.
- Ability to understand software development processes, SDLC, and basic technical concepts in web, mobile, or software projects.




- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar) and basic office productivity software.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues, dependencies, and potential risks in project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in IT services, software development, or digital product environments is preferred; familiarity with AI, blockchain, or SaaS projects is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohpa and coordinate effectively in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment.
