WWF-India, one of the largest conservation organizations engaged in wildlife and nature conservation in the country, invites applications for the position of Assistant Manager - Communications.

We are looking to recruit for an exciting position within WWF-India’s Marketing and Communications team, working directly with all departments within the organization. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing, communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: Current Delhi (fulltime, onsite)

Job Description
Writing and editing stories/articles for print collaterals like newsletters, annual reports etc.
Creating content for digital communication channels & platforms (websites, social media, emailers, fundraising etc.)



Generating and pitching ideas for fresh content Thorough scientific research on conservation topics and interpreting internal field reports into easily digestible content for external audiences Travelling to the field offices of WWF-India across India and conducting on-field interviews wherever necessary Audio and visual content creation on field trips Storyboarding experience; understanding the effectiveness and appropriateness of story assets (text, images, audio, video) and how to combine them Visual, audio and video content creation experience; well-developed eye/ear for best practices in each Incorporate and balance objectives of all departments to oversee production of strategic, compelling stories Collaborate with programme, state and field teams to coordinate and oversee the story collection, production and distribution process Crafting editorial calendars and in re-purposing stories across platforms Inviting other bloggers, experts, or other notable guests to contribute content to the website
