Role & responsibilities :- We are looking for a high-performance, results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Plan, execute, manage and scale high-performing Meta Ads campaigns across multiple industries.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns primarily for Real Estate clients, including affordable, ready-to-move, premium and luxury projects.
- Develop specialized strategies for high-ticket and premium offerings...
- Handle campaigns for other industries such as Healthcare, Interiors, Hospitality and service-based businesses, adapting strategy according to each business model.
- Understand the client's business, target audience, sales cycle and conversion journey before building a campaign strategy.
- Build complete lead-generation funnels from audience strategy and ad creatives to landing pages, lead forms, retargeting and conversion optimization.
- Identify, test and scale the right audiences using Custom Audiences, Lookalikes, Retargeting and other audience segmentation strategies.
- Work closely with the creative,



content and sales teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, video concepts, hooks, copies and offers.
- Conduct regular A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad copies, campaign structures, landing pages and lead forms.
- Analyze campaign data beyond basic metrics such as CPL and CTR, with a strong focus on:
- Lead Quality
- Qualified Leads
- Cost per Qualified Lead
- Conversion Rates
- Overall ROI
- Use CRM and sales feedback to understand which campaigns are generating actual business opportunities and optimize accordingly.
- Diagnose underperforming campaigns and identify whether the problem lies in the targeting, creative, offer, funnel, lead qualification or conversion process.
- Scale successful campaigns strategically while maintaining lead quality and campaign efficiency.
