Job Summary

Luna Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic, result-oriented and experienced Territory Manager Pneumatics to drive business growth in the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Industrial Product Sales, Pneumatics, Channel Development, Distributor Management, Business Development and Team Leadership. The candidate will be responsible for achieving territory sales targets, expanding the distributor network, developing OEM and industrial customers, and leading the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop new OEMs, Machine Builders and Industrial Customers.
- Increase market penetration within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into profitable accounts.

Channel & Distributor Development
- Identify, appoint and develop current distributors.
- Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners.




- Support distributors in achieving their business objectives.
- Conduct periodic business review meetings.
- Improve channel productivity and market coverage.

Team Leadership
- Guide and mentor Sales Engineers.
- Monitor daily sales activities and customer visits.
- Review individual performance against KPIs.
- Assist the team in closing strategic opportunities.
- Drive team motivation and performance improvement.

CRM & Sales Pipeline Management
- Ensure timely CRM updates by Sales Engineers.
- Monitor enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline information.
- Improve customer response time and conversion ratio.

Product & Technical Support
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Organize distributor and customer training programs.
- Coordinate with Technical and HR teams for structured training.
- Keep channel partners updated on new products and technologies.
