ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Operations Manager who can take responsibility for the smooth execution of our architecture and construction operations.

The role requires someone who can coordinate teams, control project activities, monitor site progress, manage vendors, solve operational issues, and ensure projects move according to schedule and budget.

This is a hands-on management role suited for someone with practical experience in the construction industry.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Operations
- Monitor multiple ongoing construction projects.
- Track project schedules, milestones, manpower, and material requirements.
- Ensure work progresses according to approved plans and timelines.
- Identify delays and take immediate corrective action.

Site & Team Management
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, architects, contractors, and workers.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Monitor workmanship, productivity,



safety, and quality.
- Ensure site teams follow company procedures and project requirements.

Procurement & Vendors
- Coordinate material requirements with project teams.
- Follow up with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery.
- Monitor subcontractor performance.
- Negotiate and coordinate with vendors when required.

Cost & Resource Control
- Monitor project expenses and material usage.
- Coordinate manpower and resources between projects.
- Identify unnecessary expenditure and operational wastage.
- Support management in maintaining project profitability.

Management & Reporting
- Provide regular updates to the management.
- Prepare project progress and MIS reports.
- Highlight project risks, delays, additional requirements, and critical issues.
- Maintain proper communication between the office and project sites.

Problem Solving
- Handle day-to-day operational issues.
