As a Senior Software Manager
- You will own a Functional area comprising multiple tech components.
- Drive Technical roadmap focusing more on platformisation, generic components and own tech metrics like product reliability, performance and availability.
- Familiar with academic research, industry trends and standards.
- Mentor and guide team members on everything from structured problem solving to development of best practices.
- Has a solid impact on Engineering hiring and improves hiring culture within team
- Accountable for Onboarding team members
- Communicates with stakeholders in an effective and timely fashion.
- Accountable for timely deliverables with high quality
