The Offshore Project Coordinator is a mid-level role that supports the delivery of high-quality market research projects across multiple markets. While not responsible for project ownership, this person plays a critical role in supporting Project Managers and Directors with coordination, fieldwork logistics, supplier communication, and proposal support. This role suits someone with a few years of relevant experience, robust organisation skills,



and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities:

Project coordination
- Attend kick-off calls and meetings, take notes and track progress accordingly
- Create update sheets and fieldwork schedules for live projects
- Liaise with suppliers, managing recruitment, materials, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with timelines.
- Track project timelines, and help prepare project status updates.
- Conduct initial checks of screeners, questionnaires, and research materials for accuracy.

Proposal support
- Support proposal development through desk research and feasibility checks.
- Help prepare and gather RFQs
- Help negotiate costs with suppliers and generate accurate costings

Supplier management
- Build positive working relationships with suppliers and freelancers.
- Hold suppliers accountable for timelines, deliverables, and quality.

Compliance data protection
