Role & responsibilities
- Independently welcome and handle customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, occasion, budget and buying psychology.
- Recommend suitable diamond jewellery based on customer needs and budget.
- Explain diamond specifications, jewellery designs, quality, pricing and product features clearly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate sales through showroom customers, leads, references and follow-ups.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle high-value customers and provide a premium, personalized customer experience.
- Effectively negotiate and close sales while protecting the company's commercial interests.
- Follow up with prospective customers and generate repeat and referral business.
- Maintain strong knowledge of diamonds, jewellery products, pricing and market trends.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales-related information.
