Roles and Responsibilities :
- Supervise plastic injection molding production processes to ensure quality products are delivered on time.
- Manage manpower effectively to optimize productivity and efficiency in the manufacturing process.
- Troubleshoot issues with injection moulds, extruders, and other equipment to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems related to material supply chain management.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in plastic injection molding or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of plastic molding techniques, including injection moulding machine operation and maintenance.
- Excellent manpower handling skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
- Experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues involving extrusion systems.
