* Website

* Social media

* Direct enquiries

* Referrals

* Exhibitions/events

* Outbound franchise campaigns

Maintain complete records in the CRM.

Track:

* New leads

* Contacted leads

* Qualified leads

* Meetings

* Site discussions

* Commercial discussions

* Negotiations

* Agreements

* Payments

* Store opening status

No franchise lead should be lost because of poor follow-up.

2. Franchisee Qualification

Conduct the initial screening of potential franchise partners.

Evaluate:

* Investment capability

* Business background

* Retail experience

* Local market knowledge

* City/location

* Network

* Management capability

* Commitment level

* Financial capability

Prepare a Franchisee Qualification Report for senior management.

The objective is not simply to sell franchises but to identify partners capable of successfully operating the business.

3. Franchise Presentation





Conduct professional franchise presentations explaining:

* Banwarilal Chandiwala brand

* Business opportunity

* Franchise model

* Investment

* Store requirements

* Product categories

* Expected operational structure

* Support provided by the company

* Franchisee responsibilities

* Marketing support

* Training

* Technology

* Inventory system

* Commercial terms

Coordinate with the Founder/Head of Franchise for high-value prospects.

4. Franchise Conversion

Own the follow-up process from qualified lead to franchise agreement.

Responsibilities include:

* Follow-up calls

* Meetings

* Commercial discussions

* Requirement clarification

* Objection handling

* Negotiation coordination

* Documentation

* Payment follow-up

* Agreement coordination

Maintain a transparent pipeline and provide weekly conversion reports.

5. Franchisee Relationship Management

Once a franchise agreement is signed, become the
