We are looking for experienced legal associates who should be typically specialised in the area of Information Technology Laws, have experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, software development agreements, Master service agreements, NDA s, SaaS agreements, GDPR, HIPA compliance, Intellectual property laws (IPRs), experience in international contracts.

Experience:
- Legal Associate: 2-4 years
- Assistant Manager- Legal: 4-6 years

Responsibilities Required Skills:
- Advising and supporting various business teams (for e.g. Sales, Marketing, Procurement and HR) in the review, negotiation and closure of a variety of contracts




- Participating in negotiations with customers and vendors and ensuring conformance with internal contracting requirements and risk identification mitigation
- Manage global procurement department for vendor contracts on legal front, including MSA, SLA, SaaS agreements, consulting agreements, data privacy agreements, EULA, channel partner agreements, NDA, SOW, order forms, global RFP s and more
- Work with external Legal Counsels from time to time regarding specific matters
- Proactively identifying key issues and risks during negotiations and raising them to the attention of management
- Creating and maintaining template agreements and refining contract processes and forms
- Assisting in other legal matters as may be requested
- Advising teams on intellectual property and technology related legal issues including compliance with data protection and privacy laws, online and email marketing rules
- Support legal team to review client deal
