Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Business Partner with 3-7 years of experience to manage employee relations, address employee grievances, support workplace investigations, and handle sensitive employee concerns. The role will work closely with employees, managers, and business leaders to ensure timely and fair resolution of workplace issues while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Employee Relations, Grievance Handling, Conflict Resolution, and POSH-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Grievance Management
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on employee relations and workplace concerns.
- Understand, assess, and resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Handle employee concerns related to workplace behavior, interpersonal conflicts, disciplinary issues, and policy violations.
- Conduct initial fact-finding discussions and gather relevant information to understand employee concerns.




- Partner with managers and HR leadership to determine appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of employee relations cases.
- Identify recurring employee concerns and recommend preventive actions.

POSH & Workplace Investigations
- Handle and support POSH-related complaints and investigations in coordination with the Internal Committee (IC).
- Support the investigation process by coordinating with complainants, respondents, and witnesses.
- Conduct confidential fact-finding discussions and document relevant information.
- Ensure complaints are handled with sensitivity, neutrality, confidentiality, and within defined timelines.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and case records for POSH and other workplace investigations.
- Support the implementation of recommendations arising from investigations.
- Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior HR/Legal stakeholders when required.
