Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
- Work primarily with Java and Ruby-based systems.
- Contribute to frontend components when required.
- Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and help drive engineering best practices.

Education / Eligibility
- 8+ years of Mobile development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java.
- Good working experience with Ruby.




- Some frontend experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of backend design, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
- Experience working with production systems.
- Positive debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Elixir.
- Mobile development exposure: iOS / Android.
- Experience with Kotlin.
- Cloud and infrastructure experience with AWS.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, containers, and deployment pipelines.
- Experience working in high-scale or data-heavy systems
