Epicor Prophet 21 Consultant with ERP/ WMS

Looking for someone with analyst skillset. Someone who can come in and grasp the layout of our AIM/MD homegrown website and assist in analyzing issues and testing. We have the necessary L1/service desk personnel who fields basic customer queries; this would be someone who d take on and analyze issues from root-casus and work with the developer to fix and deploy.

Systems:

Epicor, P21 and ERP/ WMS - must have skills

Homegrown website

PM site - platform Optimizely

Epicore Prelude ERP

Epicore P21 ERP

Confluence/JIRA/Sharepoint

Typical work.

Analyze and help resolve:

Functional bugs - day to day operations support

Data mismatches - analyse where needed

End user questions - provide data or answer basic needs

User access/configuration problems
