We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to manage the journey of members joining our different fashion business programs. From assisting during live Zoom sessions to onboarding new members and supporting them throughout their experience, you will be the voice of the Brand — ensuring every customer feels guided, inspired, and confident as they begin their brand-building journey.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Session Support
- Coordinate with customers regarding scheduled online sessions, meetings, and programs.
- Send timely reminders, joining details, and other relevant information.
- Assist customers with basic queries related to payments, access, and schedules.
- Follow up with interested customers and provide relevant information to support their decision-making.
- Handle customer communication through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Customer Onboarding
- Conduct onboarding calls for current customers.
- Explain program details, access procedures, schedules, and available resources.




- Ensure customers have the necessary information to get started smoothly.
- Follow up with customers regarding upcoming sessions and activities.

Customer Support
- Respond to customer queries professionally and promptly.
- Assist with login, access, account, and navigation-related concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team for resolution.
- Maintain a positive, patient, and helpful approach while interacting with customers.

Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer details, enquiries, follow-ups, and interactions.
- Update customer information in Excel, CRM, or other internal systems.
- Prepare regular reports related to enquiries, customer interactions, enrolments, and feedback.

Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
