Role & responsibilities

We are hiring an AI-Native Growth & GTM Lead to own our outbound engine end to end: target accounts, data, sequences, campaigns, conversations, demos, and closed pipeline, across geographies.

This is a full-cycle seat. You will generate qualified pipeline, run the conversations that move it forward with senior and CXO-level buyers, deliver detailed product and technical demos of the Software Escrow and Recoverability Platform, and progress deals to close. Success is measured on one number: qualified pipeline generated and progressed to close, delivered through AI and automation (RedRob, Apollo, Lemlist, Clay) so that one person performs like a team of three or four.

Ours is an enterprise, top-down business selling to a global, CXO-level clientele. You should know our products well enough that no prospect, competitor, or partner can out-technical you.

What You'll Own
- Target account strategy across India, the Middle East, the UK, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the US, segmented by industry, size, regulatory exposure, and buying signal.




- Data sourcing and enrichment: accurate, deduplicated account and contact data at scale via RedRob, Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Campaign build and execution: multi-channel outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and calling, with AI personalisation at scale and structured experimentation on what works.
- Conversations and conversion: run discovery and follow-up conversations with CXO-level and global buyers, deliver detailed product and technical demos, and progress deals to close or to a clean, qualified handoff.
- Technical command: enough fluency in software escrow, source-code custody, and code verification to sell credibly across BFSI, Defence, Telecom, and technology buyers.
- Pipeline, reporting, and partnerships: own funnel metrics end to end, qualify and route where needed, and build international partnership channels alongside outbound.
