Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify current business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell products/services and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to develop targeted campaigns that meet client needs.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, track progress against targets, and optimize sales strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in B2B sales or international business development.
- Proven track record of success in client acquisition, retention, or upselling/cross-selling.
- Strong understanding of the UK/US markets; knowledge of other international regions an asset.
- Excellent communication skills for effective cold calling, inside sales, outbound sales.
