We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Apprentice to support our recruitment team in hiring top engineering and technical talent. This apprenticeship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, candidate engagement, sourcing strategies, and employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and identify candidates who match technical hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial recruiter screening calls to assess candidate fit, interest, and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is accurate and up to date.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment events.
- Partner with recruiters to improve sourcing strategies and enhance the candidate experience.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
Requirements
- Solid interest in Talent Acquisition and the technology industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of software engineering roles and common technology stacks is an advantage.
- Previous internship experience in recruitment, HR, or sourcing is a plus but not mandatory.
