Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our 6-month Trainee Program at our Noida 135 office. The selected candidates will receive practical exposure and hands-on training across multiple departments including IT, Sales, HR, Accounts, and Operations. This program is designed to help trainees understand overall business operations, develop professional skills, and build a solid foundation for their careers.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist team members in daily operational and departmental tasks
- Support different departments including IT, HR, Sales, Accounts, and Administration
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to departmental work
- Coordinate with internal teams for assigned tasks and projects
- Participate in internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing programs
- Follow company policies and maintain professional discipline




- Complete assigned tasks and reports within timelines

Training Exposure

During the training period, candidates will get exposure to:
- IT Technical Support / Networking Basics
- Sales Client Coordination
- Accounts Documentation Billing Support
- HR Operations Recruitment Support
- Operations Administrative Support

Eligibility Criteria
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 6 months of experience
- Degree in B.Tech, BCA, BBA, B.Com, MBA, or related fields

0-1 years Experience
