Industry: Passive infrastructure primarily relates to the physical non-electronic components of a network, such as cabling, racks, enclosures, and fiber optics.
· Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor IT Site Technicians, ensuring they adhere to meticulous installation and testing standards (CAT6, Fiber Optics, Fluke testing)
· Operational Excellence:
Develop and implement SOPs to ensure Velocity over Cost—moving rapid to create value without wasting resources.
· Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the installation, routing, and termination of passive components in data centers and enterprises999.
· Quality Assurance: Audit physical infrastructure and documentation (rack elevations, as-built drawings) to ensure we Build to Last.
Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for enterprises in key hubs like Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida
Key Responsibilities
· Install, route, terminate, and test various types of network cabling, including copper (CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A) and fiber optic cables, according to industry standards (e.g., TIA/EIA).
· Perform meticulous installation of cable trays, raceways, conduits, and other cable management systems.
· Install, dress, and label patch panels, distribution frames, and telecommunications enclosures (TEs).
