The primary responsibility is to contact prospective parents/students, qualify the lead, create interest in the course, and successfully schedule and confirm an online demo session with the academic/demo team.
The executive is not responsible for closing the course sale. Their KPIs are primarily:
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to parents/students in USA, UK and Australia.
- Contact leads provided through the company's CRM/data system.
- Understand the student's basic academic requirements.
- Create interest in the relevant course/program.
- Explain the purpose and benefits of the demo session.
- Identify suitable date/time based on the parent's availability.
- Schedule the demo with the academic team.
- Confirm the parent's email/phone and demo details.
- Send demo confirmation.
- Follow up with parents before the scheduled demo.
- Reschedule missed/cancelled demos.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Update lead disposition after every call.
- Ensure maximum conversion from Demo Scheduled → Demo Done.
- Coordinate with the academic/demo team to ensure scheduled demos are attended.
Required Skill Sets
1. Spoken English - Mandatory
The candidate must be comfortable speaking with:
- US parents
- UK parents
- Australian parents
Should have:
- Clear pronunciation
- Good fluency
- Neutral/international communication style
- Good listening ability
- Confidence on the phone
- Skilled tone
Accent should not be the primary hiring criterion; clarity, comprehension and natural communication are more important.

- Explain the value of attending a demo
- Build trust quickly
- Handle basic objections
