Position Summary

We are looking for a Trustee Office to support the Trustee Company in ensuring compliance with SEBI (Mutual Fund) Regulations, the Companies Act, and other applicable laws. The role involves assisting the Trustees in governance, regulatory compliance, secretarial activities, and monitoring compliance across the mutual fund business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Trustees in fulfilling their responsibilities under SEBI (Mutual Fund) Regulations.
- Prepare Board and Committee meeting agendas, minutes, and maintain statutory records.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory forms and compliance with the Companies Act.
- Monitor regulatory changes, SEBI circulars, and ensure implementation of applicable requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and service providers for compliance-related matters.
- Review compliance reports, track observations, and monitor closure of identified gaps.
- Support governance initiatives and ensure proper documentation of Trustee decisions.





Qualifications Experience:
- Company Secretary or Semi-Qualified CS (LLB preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of overall work experience.
- Prior experience in the mutual fund industry, preferably in an AMC, Trustee Company, or Compliance Secretarial function.

Skills Required:
- Robust knowledge of SEBI (Mutual Fund) Regulations and the Companies Act.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and documentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative approach.
