Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with around 2 years of experience, preferably in IVF, fertility, healthcare, hospital, or similar customer-facing environments. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient queries, coordinating appointments, providing treatment-related information, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments and consultations.
- Explain basic information regarding IVF and fertility treatments in a clear and qualified manner.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, embryologists, and other departments for patient requirements.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, investigations, treatment plans, and visits.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM/HIS systems regularly.
- Address patient concerns and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing patients.




- Support patient counselling and conversion activities as per organizational guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow company policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to calls, appointments, follow-ups, and patient conversions.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Patient-friendly and empathetic approach.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Ability to handle multiple patients and tasks efficiently.
- Strong convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Previous experience in IVF/Fertility/Hospital/Healthcare will be preferred.
