Production Planning
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per sales requirements
Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization.
Monitor production efficiency and minimize downtime.
Manufacturing Operations
Supervise all production activities including cleaning, roasting, grinding, blending, sieving, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure production follows approved formulations and SOPs.
Monitor production yield and reduce wastage.
Coordinate with maintenance for machine availability
