We are looking for a
Portfolio Manager – Sales
who is passionate about sales, client interaction and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong
sales-oriented mindset, communication skills and interest in the real estate industry
.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and understand their property requirements.
- Recommend suitable properties based on customer needs and budget.
- Conduct
property presentations and site visits
.
- Generate, follow up and convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain customer data, follow-ups and sales reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve monthly
sales targets and business objectives
.

Required Skills
- Excellent
communication & client-handling skills
- Robust sales, negotiation & persuasion skills
- Lead follow-up and conversion skills
- Customer relationship management
- Positive and target-oriented approach
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM
