Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Agile/Scrum environments. The candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Create User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, Functional Specifications, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
- Perform Gap Analysis and Impact Analysis.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, development, and QA teams.
- Analyze APIs, databases, integrations, and data flows.
- Support UAT, defect tracking, and production issue resolution.




- Maintain requirements and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered within the SDLC.
