Technical Approver - Engineering for Services (EfS)

Experience: 15 TO 25 Years.

Role Overview

ALTEN is seeking an experienced Technical Approver to support Rolls-Royce Engineering for Services (EfS) work packages. The role is responsible for the technical verification, approval, and delivery assurance of engineering outputs across Service Engineering, Controls, LCE, and MRO domains, ensuring compliance with Rolls-Royce standards, quality requirements, and verification & validation (V&V;) processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and approve technical deliverables for quality, accuracy, compliance, and traceability.
- Verify engineering calculations, analyses, reports, and supporting evidence prior to release.
- Ensure adherence to V&V; processes, delivery governance, acceptance criteria, and configuration control requirements.
- Support CA, FAIR, LAIR, and delegated approval/signatory processes.
- Identify technical risks, approval bottlenecks, and quality issues, driving right-first-time delivery.
- Collaborate with Rolls-Royce operational teams,



Technical Authorities, Quality teams, and project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Systems, Software, or related Engineering discipline.
- Significant experience in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering for Services (EfS), MRO, Controls/LCE, Service Engineering, Technical Assurance, or Verification & Validation.
- Solid understanding of technical governance, engineering approvals, configuration management, and quality assurance processes.
- Exposure to Rolls-Royce or equivalent aerospace customer standards is highly desirable.
