Position: Tech Lead

Compensation: $2,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for 2 experienced Tech Leads to lead the development team and take ownership of technical implementation, architecture, code quality, and delivery. The ideal candidates should have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React/Next.js, and modern application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of Full-Stack Developers.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
- Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Work with React.js / Next.js for frontend development and integration.
- Implement and maintain Modular Monolith Architecture.
- Work with MySQL, Redis, and ActiveMQ for database, caching, and messaging requirements.
- Review code and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Design and review REST APIs and system integrations.
- Work with Kubernetes and containerized application environments.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, performance issues, and production problems.
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect, QA Engineers, and UI/UX Designers.
- Participate in technical planning, estimation, sprint planning,



and delivery.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assigned features and projects.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Robust experience with React.js and/or Next.js.
- Good knowledge of MySQL and database design.
- Practical experience with Redis and ActiveMQ or similar messaging systems.
- Strong understanding of Modular Monolith Architecture.
- Good knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized applications.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, system integration, authentication, and security.
- Experience with Git, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Eligible Candidates

Candidates with strong hands-on development experience who have previously worked as a Tech Lead, Senior Developer, or Lead Developer and can independently guide a development team are encouraged to apply.
