- Youll lead the development team and drive the backend and frontend architecture.

- Youll lead the resolution of complex software development challenges and architect effective solutions.
- Youll provide tailored coaching to different working styles, empowering high performers, motivating high-potential employees,



and supporting low performers.

And what are we looking for

- Youll bring 10+ years of software development experience delivering solutions using .NET technologies, with exposure to or experience in React considered an advantage.
- Youll leverage a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science or a related field to support technical leadership and decision-making.
- Youll demonstrate a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Youll embody strong values and a passion for building and sustaining a positive team culture.
- Youll mentor and manage junior team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
- Youll collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Youll communicate exceptionally well in both written and verbal formats across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Youll apply robust expertise in designing scalable and resilient software architectures.
- Youll utilize proven experience in designing, developing, and supporting solutions on AWS.
- Youll maintain a customer-focused and results-oriented approach while demonstrating strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
