Overview

Expleo is seeking an experienced Lead enterprise PLM solution architect using Siemens Teamcenter, translating business requirements into scalable, integrated solutions across engineering and manufacturing domains.

Responsibilities

- Define Teamcenter functional architecture and high-level solution designs.
- Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop use cases, process flows, state and sequence diagrams.
- Recommend best-practice and COTS solutions for complex business challenges.
- Lead application configuration, testing, integration, and data migration activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide architectural guidance.

Qualifications

- Strong Teamcenter solutioning and functional design experience.
- Deep knowledge of Teamcenter data model, 2-Tier/4-Tier architecture, Multisite and Active Workspace (AWC).
- Exposure to AI components in PLM/CAD landscape including features like Teamcenter and BOM Copilot.




- Valuable understanding of EBOM, MBOM, Product Configuration, Engineering Change management process.
- Experience with Teamcenter MCAD (especially NX) & ECAD integrations.

Essential skills

- Teamcenter 2506.002 and above.
- My Teamcenter, Workflow Designer, Structure Manager, Product Configurator, Change Manager, Classification, Access Manager, Report Builder, Query Builder, MBOM Manager, PLMXML, TCXML, Stylesheets and Preferences.
- SQL Server and Oracle databases.
- Bitbucket or equivalent configuration management tools

Desired skills

Exposure to ITK, BMIDE, SOA Services, Dispatcher, C/C++, Perl, client-side customizations, and integrations with Rapid Author, EWI and MES systems.

Experience

15+ years of Teamcenter/PLM experience with proven delivery of enterprise-scale PLM solutions and stakeholder management.
