Take customer orders and serve ice creams, sundaes, shakes, cones, cups, etc. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and throughout the parlour.

Assist customers with product selection and provide basic product information. Handle basic counter/store activities as required. Support stock arrangement and display maintenance. Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and service procedures.

Perform multiple duties as a team member and support the store during busy hours.

Candidate

RequirementsExperience in Ice Cream Parlour, QSR, Café, Restaurant,



Bakery, or Food Outlet is preferred. Freshers with a good attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered. Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic

English speaking ability is required. Well-groomed, polite, presentable, and customer-friendly. Should be hardworking, punctual, and comfortable working in a customer-facing role. Basic knowledge of serving food/ice cream products is an advantage.
