Job Summary
Team Manager - Rebates COE
Location: Pune, India
Are you interested in Rebates accounting? Then this is the role you should apply. We're recruiting for a Team Manager, Rebates CoE to work with and provide leadership to the existing team and manage operation for rebate systems and processes.
We're looking for experts who have developed and led successful teams.
The role will mean driving compliance with processes and procedures while pushing the team to be solution oriented.
It will be about driving operational standards within the team and improving performance against relevant metrics and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Leadership: Will lead a team and will be responsible for their performance and ensure SLAs, E2E and KPIs are met.
- Acting as an escalation point and ensure accuracy and completeness of team results.
- Working on project-related results for self and the team; report status and flag any potential risks to Senior Manager Rebates.
- Be a backup to Senior Manager Rebates; manage staff planning and performance management for the team.
- Operation: Quality check for rebate accruals and customer clearing in ERP.
- Responsible for high quality, timely reporting for any ad-hoc analysis and decision support to the business.
- Manage the requests from external and internal customers and other advisors.
- Maintain SOPs to meet S&N; standard cycles.
- Highlight and challenge exceptions from global standards.
- Operate a Continuous Improvement culture.
- Make suggestions for the future use of current tools and technology in the Rebate domain.
- Should be able to highlight improvement opportunities in existing processes and drive process improvement and standardization.
- Multiple stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Education: Qualified CA/ CMA or partly qualified CA / CMA may be considered depending on performance and experience.
- Experience: should have min 5-8 years of relevant experience in Finance domain (International Environment can be an asset).
- Team Leading experience: for at least 3 years.
- Experience in SAP PR1: is a must.
- Team-player: with ability to establish relationships and influence team members and wider partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally to maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Any previous project management exposure would be a benefit.
