Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Lead requirement workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping exercises.
- Translate business requirements into detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, and Product Owners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend Salesforce-based improvements and best practices.
- Participate in solution design discussions and ensure alignment with Salesforce capabilities.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, release management, and production deployments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across global delivery locations.
- Prepare business process documentation, training materials,



and end-user guides.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.

Required Experience
- 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce implementations.
- Solid experience working on Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) projects.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud implementations.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including customer journeys, segmentation, email campaigns, and automation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes including:
- Product Catalog
- Pricing & Promotions
- Shopping Cart
- Checkout
- Order Management
- Customer Accounts
- Loyalty Programs
- Experience writing:
- User Stories
- BRDs
- FRDs
- Use Cases
- Process Flows
- Acceptance Criteria
- Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and release planning.
- Strong stakeholder
